Synopsis

Lara Jean didn’t expect to really fall for Peter.
She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren’t. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever.
When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean’s feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once?

In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Times bestseller To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that’s part of what makes it so amazing. ”

Review

So good! This book was just as cute, heart-warming, and heart-breaking as the first book. It is such a real story with family and romantic love. I absolutely adore the familial love as that is not a topic that is typically written about.

Kind of, but not really a spoiler is that I am much more a John Ambrose McClaren person than a Peter Kavinsky one, although, Peter is great in his own way.

So I have a dilemma. I desperately want book 3, but I also want to own all the books in paperback. So my options are to borrow the book from the library and then maybe remember to buy the paperback when it comes out, or just hold off several months until the paperback comes out. As of right now, I’m leaning towards the second option as I have an extensive TBR.

I definitely recommend this book, but you would need to read the first book first to fully understand the situation.
