The Heiress and the Hothead
“Stunned by the heat of an unexpected kiss on a cold winter’s eve, two strangers from vastly different worlds turn hotheaded principles into burning passion in Sabrina Jeffries’s delightful yuletide story, The Heiress and the Hothead.” –Goodreads
This was a very cute, quick romance that kept my attention throughout the story. As I have been a bit scatterbrained lately, that is quite a feat. Overall all it is a decent romance, but there was not anything that particularly made it stand apart from many others I have read. I appreciate that for a novella, it had a steady pace that didn’t make the romance seem rushed.
I appreciate that for a novella, it had a steady pace that didn’t make the romance seem rushed. That is a hard challenge to overcome when the story is typically less than 100 pages.
The Heiress and the Hothead was a cute Christmas time romance that contains characters who are more than just superficial. I would recommend it to lovers of historical romances.
